We send an email to the address entered at the time of purchase with your voucher. The voucher may have fallen into the junk e-mail from your email, so check your box again and, to prevent this from happening in the future, add firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have not received it, you can access the voucher for your registration on the HU website in the item "My Travels".
You still don't have a record on the HU website? Don't waste your time! Fill in the registration form by entering the email used for the purchase and, once finished, your voucher will be in the item "My Travels".
