When a purchase is made as a visitor, the voucher and confirmation of the purchase are always sent to the email provided on the payment page. If you haven't found them, don't worry! Just follow the step by step below:
1) Access Hurb’s website and click on "Log in” on the upper right corner.
2) Then just click on “Forgot your password?”
3) You must fill in the field with the email that you used to book and then click on "Send".
4) Then you will receive an email to reset your password!
5) After creating your new password you will be automatically redirected to the page where you can access your Hurb account. After logging in with this new password and the email used to book, click on the "My orders".
6) Now just identify the order you want to know more about and click on “Display voucher”.
