When a purchase is made as a visitor, the voucher and confirmation of the purchase are always sent to the email provided on the payment page. If you haven't found them, don't worry! Just follow the step by step here.
After logging in with this new password and the email used to book, click on the "My orders".
Now just identify the order you want to know more about and click on “Display voucher”.
