How can I make sure that my order was approved?

Checking your order status is very simple! Log in to your Hurb account, go to the tab "Trips" and identify one of the stages below:

Approved: your order has been confirmed;

Denied: here has been a problem with your payment and it wasn't accepted;

Canceled: Your order has been canceled. 

Oh, and if you have purchased as a Guest and still don't have an account, don't worry! Just create an account with the same email you provided for this purchase and follow the same steps.
